In the event of a sold out show, any unchecked tickets will be released back onto the market for patrons who are standing by for admission at the official start time of the show (7:00 for evening, and 2:00 for matinee).
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.
No ticket exchanges done on day of show (for that day's show). Other exchanges can be made by contacting the box office: ticketing@shawanoarts.org
